TOPPAN Leefung Label has obtained the FSC certification

Over the past few years, the global ecological environment has been severely damaged. Being a pioneer in the label printing industry, Toppan believe the enterprise and the environment is coexistence, we are responsible to save the forest.

Obtain the FSC certification

Toppan has been implementing the green concept into the enterprise for years. In March 2017, we successfully obtained the FSC certification, in full compliance with FSC production and marketing chain certification requirements, from raw material procurement, warehousing, production and sales chain link to confirm and ensure that the wood is from a quality management, sustainable development and certified forests.

What is FSC?

The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) is an international non-profit, multi-stakeholder organization to promote responsible management of the world’s forests. The FSC does this by setting standards on forest products, along with certifying and labeling them as eco-friendly.

Application of FSC

FSC certification for a wide range of recognition, for wood and wood products processing, paper processing and printing-related products, etc.

The Global trend 
FSC has been supported by the globe for years and granted by different countries’ government as the certified suppliers. The new EU regulations - The Timber and Wood Products Regulations and New Environmental Design Directive also require all manufacturers ensure their exported goods to the EU must obtain FSC. It can be seen that participation in the FSC program is one of the prerequisites for entry into the EU market.
