Mr. Zhou Enter Dongguan WIN Label Printing Co. Ltd. as an apprentice
in the room of adhesive tape in 1992, and then he studied round
flatten the printing technology from a master worker about six month;
In 1994, he became Dongguan WIN Label Printing company's technological
guidance. In 1995, he went to Japan study wheel transform (KO-PACK
) technology; so far in 1996,he had assumed office as the positions
, such as factory director , technical adviser , making a plate
department executive , executive of KO-PACK department ,etc.; nowadays,
he is the Manager of technology department of our company and concurrently
technological assistant of the general manager, deal with various
kinds of technological difficult problems for the customer in specialty,
help the general manager to solve various kinds of technological
problems of our factory.
At present, “enterprises discern talents, see the academic credentials
mainly,” the academic credentials can only state a person's possibility
with a certain professional knowledge in other words of ability
with a certain study to read the file. However, concrete post all
have a specific request for talents, such as important research
ability, important public relations ability, the important ability
to organize, all these are the academic credentials can't be reflected.
File though not about talent quality certain record, it have similar
file only such as ' innovation ability ' comment, it is obvious
too generally. And the manager of technology department of our company
pays attention to practice even more while paying attention to the
academic credentials, having worked in decades on the ordinary work
position; meeting various questions have already become one's own
wealth now. After all, materials that record at the book is dead
